Veteran Emergency Contact Magnet

This is a refrigerator magnet for our PAD Veterans. It is a great place to display your emergency contact information. The bottom section features a plan for the PAD dog in the event that the Veteran isn't able to communicate or care for the dog. There is a place for the dog's name, food type, feeding schedule and veterinarian phone number. It also lists contact information for PAD, and assurance that we will assist in making arrangements for the PAD dog's care in the event of an emergency.
